These draft terms describe how restaurants will use Salo during and after the pilot. They are not yet in force.

The service
Salo is restaurant operations software: floor, orders, kitchen, stock, payments recording and reports.
Salo is not BIR-accredited and does not issue official receipts or invoices. Restaurants keep their own BIR-registered invoicing and remain responsible for their tax compliance.
Pricing
Plans are billed per branch, monthly, quarterly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page.
Salo does not take a commission on restaurant sales.
Pilot
Design partner restaurants use Salo free for an agreed 60 to 90 day period and give regular feedback.
Your data
Your restaurant's data belongs to your restaurant.
Still to be written
Service levels, acceptable use, account suspension, liability, termination, data export on exit and governing law.
