The Salo design partner pilot gives two or three independent restaurants 60 to 90 days of Salo for free, in exchange for using it in real service and a short feedback call each week.

Who fits:

- Full-service or casual dining, cafe, bakery, or food hall with table service
- 1 to 3 branches, 8 to 50 tables per branch
- 3 to 25 staff per branch
- A mix of cash, GCash, Maya, QR Ph and card
- Happy to use Android phones and tablets you already own
- Internet that drops sometimes, and a team tired of it stopping service

What you get:

- 60 to 90 days of Salo, free
- Help setting up your menu, floor plan, stations and devices
- A direct line to the people building Salo
- Features shaped around how your restaurant actually runs

What we ask:

- Use Salo during real service, not only on quiet days
- A 30-minute feedback call each week
- Tell us the moment something breaks or slows you down
- Let us track pilot health: lost or duplicate orders, order-to-kitchen time and sync issues

How it works:

1. Email us: Tell us about your restaurant: type, tables, branches and how you take orders today.
2. Fit call: A 30-minute call to see if Salo fits your service, and to be honest if it does not yet.
3. Setup: We load your menu, floor plan and kitchen stations and set up your devices with you.
4. Quiet service first: Run one slow service on Salo before a busy one.
5. Weekly check-ins: A short call every week for the length of the pilot.
